OR LMT License# 20939
My first massage class was an introduction course at the Oregon School of Massage in 2013. I immediately knew this was my path and I became a licensed massage therapist in 2015. When I first started classes I thought I would focus on sports medicine but during my education my heart was opened up when my instructor taught a section on geriatric massage. I thought that if I can help aging be less painful with the power of touch, that is a wonderful thing.
Swedish massage techniques, lymphatic drainage, and palliative care are helpful for all ages. I learned a variety of other modalities as well, such as cupping techniques, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and hot stone massage to name a few.
The Pacific Northwest is so beautiful and I am proud to call it home. When I am not part of someones wellness day, you can find me out in our community walking dogs, volunteering at the local senior center or food pantry, or enjoying a classic car show. I love hiking with my husband and our dogs, fencing longsword, and enjoying our home in beautiful St. Helens.
At a young age I saw the benefit of the human touch. My mom would massage my legs when I had growing pains, my dad would request a foot rub after a long day at work, and my Gram, a caring nurse, touched lives in many ways.
Having this beautiful foundation inspired me to follow a path of massage and wellness.
My mission is to make the world a better place, one massage at a time. You are a wonderful being and I would love to be part of your self-care.
During my massage career I have learned many modalities and just like humans, each one is special. During your intake we'll talk about what works for you!
